Ainsi, les efforts de maintien du prix d\u2019achat du coton graine, rendent accessibles les intrants et l\u2019intensification de l\u2019appui-conseil aux producteurs favorisent\u00a0 cette croissance.<\/li><li>L:augmentation de la production mini\u00e8re (or, essentiellement) et la vitalit\u00e9 du secteur des BTP, permettent au secteur secondaire, qui repr\u00e9sentait alors 20,1 % du PIB en 2016, de cro\u00eetre \u00e9galement.<\/li><li>De m\u00eame, les secteurs \u00ab \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, gaz et eau \u00bb, les industries manufacturi\u00e8res informelles et modernes et les travaux de construction b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de ce dynamisme,<\/li><li>\u00a0Le secteur tertiaire, quant \u00e0 lui, constitue toujours la part la plus importante du PIB, avec 49,8 % en 2016. Ce choix, facilit\u00e9 par les programmes gouvernementaux, a conduit \u00e0 une forte dynamique : 6500 entreprises en moyenne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es chaque ann\u00e9e entre 2011 et 2015. Dans ce cadre, les textes r\u00e9visant la loi portant R\u00e9organisation agraire et fonci\u00e8re (RAF) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9s le 2 juillet 2012. En outre, la loi du 24 juillet 2009 consacre la s\u00e9curisation du droit \u00e0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 fonci\u00e8re de tout investisseur, national ou \u00e9tranger, investissant en milieu rural.
